The Eastern Creek Warehouse project consists of bulk earthworks, stormwater, detail excavation and various pavement works.
On completion, the project will include earthworks steming across a 55,000m2 lot, including over 13,000m3 level 1 supervised cut to fill, 700m of divergent drains, and importation of over 15,000T of sandstone into the job for a 12,500m2 building pad.
Scope of Work:
- Clear site from all weeds and grubs – 55,000m2 site.
- Bulk Earthworks – Cut to fill 13,000m3 and stockpile on site.
- Construct building pad with sandstone – 12,000m2.
